Terms of Service

IMPORTANT
- For international commissions, please proceed with the transaction through VGen.
GENERAL
- All artworks may not be used for AI training or NFT purposes.
- All artworks may not be claimed as anyone's work other than the artist's own.
- All artworks may not be submitted to any contests.
- All artworks may be used for portfolio. If you would like the artwork to remain private, an additional fee of IDR 50K / USD 20 will apply.
- The artist must receive proper credit.
- Both artist and client must keep all private communications and personal data confidential.
- The artist reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside personal boundaries or when the artist is uncertain about the ability to execute the request.
- Editing the artwork on your own, including the background, details, color palette, color scheme, or any other element, is strictly prohibited. If you wish to make edits, please inform the artist in advance, and you must refrain from doing so if the artist requests it.
LICENSE
1. Personal Use: The artwork may be used as a profile picture, header, post, non-profit event/collaboration material, freebies, or for personal-use merchandise, as long as it does not involve branding or marketing purposes.
- Creating any personal-use merchandise or freebies must be done with the artist's knowledge. Please inform the artist properly.
- Any personal-use merchandise created from the artwork may not be resold.
- If the artwork is intended for non-profit events or collaboration submissions, please inform the artist beforehand, and the artist must be properly credited.
2. Monetized Digital Content: The artwork may be used for monetized digital content such as VTubing, streaming, or song covers for branding and marketing purposes.
SERVICE
- Base pricing applies to personal use only.
- Usage for monetized digital content will incur an additional 100% fee.
- The artist only offers solid color or simple backgrounds.
- Anything not listed in the "don'ts" may be discussed.
- The artist may add charges for props and complex details.
- Revisions are limited to minor changes, with a maximum of 3 revisions. Any additional revisions beyond that will be charged at IDR 5K / USD 2 each. (Revisions for details the artist missed are not counted toward the revision limit.)
OMAKASE / SURPRISE ME SERVICE
You may choose between:
1. Omakase: Provide a brief or one prop idea for the illustration, and the artist will suggest several pose or concept options based on it. You can then pick your preferred one.
2. Surprise me: You only need to provide character references and the desired emotion or mood. You will not receive any previews.
- If you choose this option, you must understand and be fully aware that the result is a surprise. Revisions are not available, except for minor revisions and revisions for details the artist may have overlooked.
PAYMENT
- For local commissions, payment can be made via QRIS, Bank Jago, Shopeepay, Gopay, or OVO.
- A down payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid after the sketch is approved; otherwise, the artwork will be paused.
- No refunds will be given if the artwork is canceled mid-process.
COMMITMENT
- The artist does not accept rush commissions.
- The artist can take on a deadline only if it is longer than 10 days. Please be clear and honest regarding the deadline.
- The estimated turnaround time is between 3 days to 30 days after the payment is received (DP/FP).
- Without a specified deadline, the artwork will be delivered within 30 days.
- Artwork will be started based on queue order.
- The turnaround time is counted only after payment is received. You may need to wait for your turn once the earlier queue has been completed. The artist will request your confirmation and proceed with the artwork you ordered after the payment has been made.
- If you request two or more separate slots or artworks, the turnaround time will apply to each artwork, and the maximum delivery date will be extended according to the number of slots claimed or artworks ordered. (For example, if you order 2 artworks, you should receive the first artwork within 30 days and the second within 60 days.)
- If the artist misses the agreed deadline without prior notice, a refund may be issued.
- While the artwork is in the sketch stage, the artist may not send updates every week before the sketch is finished. However, if you wish to inquire about the progress, you are welcome to message the artist at any time.
- Once the sketch is approved and the progress reaches the coloring, rendering, or later stages, the artist should update you each week, or within a maximum of 10 days. However, the artist may make mistakes. If you have not received any updates within 10 days, please ask about it privately.
WORKFLOW
1. The client messages the artist to claim a slot and provide the request. The artist may decline or accept the request.
2. The artist will re-check the references and contact the client if the artist has trouble understanding the provided reference.
3. The artist will calculate the price, and a down payment must be made.
4. After the down payment is received, the artist will begin the sketch according the queue and provide it to the client. The client may ask for revisions. Please compile all change requests into a single list rather than sending separate lists. The artist will adjust the sketch until the client approves it.
5. Once the sketch is approved, the full payment must be made. If the payment is delayed, the progress will be paused.
6. After the full payment is received, the artist will proceed with the remaining steps until the artwork is completed.
7. The completed illustration will be sent by the artist through Google Drive or email, and the client may select the preferred method.
