Terms of Service

- Commission results will be posted as a portfolio.
- The price listed is only a starting price as it is possible to change according to the client's request.
- Client's usage is limited to personal usage only.
- Client are strictly prohibited to use the artwork for AI learning/feeding.
- Client must use the glazed image for posting/uploading on social media/websites.
- Client will receive the artwork in PNG file that consists of glazed, watermarked, and original file using email. (Client can ask for the transparent original file.)
- Client must do the full payment after sketch, or otherwise artist won't continue.
- Payments could use DANA, ShopeePay, or MANDIRI
- No refund after sketch.
- Estimated time is around 4-14 days. (Depends on artist's irl and commission queue, but client can give a deadline.)
- Client could ask for 1:1 or 3:4 for the size of the canvas. (2K/3K and 300-350 dpi only.)
- Artist only do solid/simple background.
- Artist won't receive rush commission.
- Revisions are limited to minor revisions with a maximal amount of free revisions: 3 times only. (More than that will be charged for idr 3k/each.)
- Artist can add charges for props and details.
- Both artist and client must keep secret of the private messages between both parties including personal data.

Workflow

Client ordering > artist shows the sketch > sketch approved and client do the full payment > artist finishing > artist shows to the client and send using email
